Family Table Restaurant in Rock Falls

Food and prices were okay, service was pretty good. Didn't like the fact that we were going to be charged $3 for sharing a plate when my wife can barely eat a kids meal due to medical, so we figured we would get another meal.

These are the most dishonest, rude, individuals in our community. Prices way too high. They give nothing back to the community. They mistreat the employees horrible unless you are related. They take advantage of the employees beyond belief. Wages are very low unless you're related. None of them have a food service certification which is Illinois law! I would not give these back stabbing people my money if I were starving! You can get good food at the Red Apple just down the street. If I'm going to support someone they HAVE to be GOOD people! These people ARE NOT! The cook Mike does more drugs than Walgreen's!

Food and service needs improvement, felt grossed out when I noticed other people going in and out of the kitchen. Nobody in the kitchen was wearing hair nets gloves and were on the phone. My food was overcooked and didn't look fresh.

Breakfast was okay. Mid morning meal, immediate seating. Food came pretty quickly. Food filling but just average. Service was good...never saw bottom of coffee cup.

The ravioli was great but the one that was amazing was the entree the soup it was super delicious and the bread amazing

Haven't been here for years. Went today, great food at great prices as always.

Restaurant is clean and well lit. Prices are reasonable. That's about all that's positive. Waitress was not very friendly and almost seemed annoyed to have to serve us. I paid $1 extra to substitute a salad for my french fries. Salad was literally a few leaves of iceberg lettuce and a single slice of tomato butt on top. Menu claims soup is homemade, but my wife's bean soup tasted like something out of a can from Aldi's. I cannot recommend spending your hard earned money here.

The Family Table was great. The Chicken George tasted great. But the Family Table has great food anyway. I say if you walk away hungry that's your own fault

The restaurant was very nice and clean. The food was homemade and tasted delicious. Our waitress was very friendly, brought our food out promptly and cleaned the table straightaway. The prices are very reasonable. If I am back in that area I will definitely visit again.

This place has the best food around this area. Breakfast, Lunch, Diner and all the food is freshly made. The owners are very honest people and give back to our community. Thank you Family Table.

Good food friendly good prices

Not a lot of nice places to eat in area but our breakfasts were fine. I had the cornbeef and it was excellent.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Food was terrible and way over priced. Service was lack luster, had to wait longer for them to give us menus than the food took to cook. I got sick before I even left the restraunt and had to puke in the bathroom, which smelled like a dirty diaper. The bathroom stall also didn't lock. My husband got sick on the drive home as well. All the food was dry and tasted bland. Will be sure to never go again, and will warn others not to go here as well.....update ended up at hospital with potential food poisoning..

Really nice people&atmosphere,food was good for a family with a 2 year old Daughter to 68 year old Grandma&everyone in-between. Thanks.

Wife had Chicken Jorge and I had Fish Platter. We loved all of it. Very good food and service was excellent.

Service was extremely slow. Waitress was coughing in her hands and not washing them seemed like it was a hassle to serve us. Asked for Tabasco sauce and it never came. Food wasn't that great.

Went in for breakfast and ordered a taco omlet and came with toast. the meal was great and was served quickly. The staff was very attentive. Will definitely go back!
